Deyan Muc started playing the violin at the age of seven in primary music school under the guidance of prof. mag. Nikola Krstić. In 2002 he began his studies at the Ljubljana School of Music under the tutelage of Prof. Armin Sesek, and in 2007 he began his studies at the Academy of Music under the tutelage of Prof. Primož Novšak. Muc studied chamber music with the well-known trio Trio, di Parma, and today he is active in Trio GUD, with which he also won the Prešeren Award of the Academy of Music. Besides classical music, he also plays folk and traditional music in various ensembles - TerraFolk, Funtago, Symbolic Orchestra and others.
