Hey, dear readers!

At one of the most anticipated events of this year's 72nd Ljubljana Festival, the stage of the Gallus Hall was taken over by the legendary Philharmonic Orchestra of La Scala Milan, conducted by the renowned maestro Riccardo Chailly. The atmosphere in the hall was phenomenal, as the audience gathered to listen to an extraordinary orchestra, considered one of the best in the world. And indeed, what they delivered that evening was a true musical feast that captivated everyone in the room.

Chailly led the orchestra through an exceptional performance of Tchaikovsky's Symphony No 5, a piece where strong emotions and dramatic tension intertwine. Every note was perfected to the utmost, and together with the conductor, the orchestra achieved an extraordinary depth of interpretation. Emotions flowed from the stage into the hall as the music reached dramatic peaks that literally held the audience spellbound in their seats.

When the orchestra then performed Ravel's orchestral suite Daphnis and Chloe, it was as if the music transported us to another world. The soundscape created by the musicians of La Scala was so rich and full of colours that you could simply close your eyes and surrender to the magic of the moment. The combination of soft and gentle tones with powerful orchestral explosions was like a thrilling musical roller coaster ride – you didn't know where you would end up, but you enjoyed every second.

The Philharmonic Orchestra of La Scala is more than just an orchestra – it is a group of musicians who combine technical perfection with genuine emotion. They are known for fully merging with the pieces they play, which is why every performance of theirs feels fresh and deeply emotional. Coming from one of the most famous opera houses in the world, the orchestra truly shone at the Ljubljana Festival, leaving the audience in awe and craving more of such experiences.

For all young people seeking something more in the world of classical music, this concert is a perfect example of how wonderful and full of energy classical music can be when performed by the finest masters of their craft.

Let music guide your heart, dear readers!
