Stevan Jovanović (20.12.1994.) he graduated from the secondary music school "Vatroslav Lisinski" in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Saša Kulenović, then he started his studies in the class of Prof. Josef Niederhammer at the "Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien" in Vienna, but he continued his master's studies at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana in the class of Prof. Zoran Marković.
He has completed masterclasses with Bozet Paradžik, Klaus Trumpf, Zoran Marković and Miroslav Gajdoš.
During his schooling he performed in the projects of the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra and was a member of the Children's Philharmonic Orchestra "ZORT" and the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra "Borislav Pašćan". In college he was a member of the "Anton Webern Orchester" and the "Webern Kammerphilharmonie" in Vienna, as well as the "Camerata Academica" in Ljubljana, but he is a regular member of independent ensembles such as the "Ensemble Dissonance"'', the "Camerata Serbica", the "Muzikon" and the "Eastern European Bass Ensemble".
He has performed as a soloist and in chamber and orchestral ensembles in Serbia, Austria, USA, Slovenia, Norway, Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, Germany and China.
He has performed with renowned soloists Bryn Terfel, Thomas Hampson, Stefan Milenković, Gordan Nikolić, Gidon Kremer, Jasminka Štancul, Simon Trpčeski, as well as with world-famous conductors: Christoph Eschenbach, Semyon Bychkov, Dennis Russel Davies, Charles Dutoit, Heinz Holliger, Zubin Mehta, Vasily Petrenko, Roberto Abbado; in the halls "Wiener Musikverein", "Konzerthaus Wien", "Carnegie Hall", "Cankarjev Dom", Ilija M. Kolarc, Belgrade Philharmonic Hall and others.
In 2023, he received the UMUS Prize for the best young artist in Serbia based on a recital performed in December 2022 at the Belgrade Philharmonic Hall. He is a permanent member of the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra in Ljubljana, where he was temporary section leader in the 2023-24 season.
