Bled 2022 Strategic Forum "Rule of Power or Power of Rules?" The event was attended by European leaders, including the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, Presidents, Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers of several European countries. The Forum opened with a ceremony and music by the Ukrainian-Slovenian Youth String Orchestra "Music for the Future". The words of the European Union anthem "Ode to Joy" were translated into Ukrainian for the first time at the Forum.
After an emotional and inspiring performance by the artists, the Forum participants were welcomed with opening remarks by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Tanja Fajon, the Secretary General of the Forum, Peter Grk, and the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenski.
