Whom is it for?
POK is for musicians aged between 12 and 22 who are involved in music education.Anyone who has completed music school or secondary music school and is interested in making music with us can join. You can register for the camp without auditioning.
Each year, the Summer Orchestra Camp brings together around 100 young Slovenian musicians to form a large, ad hoc symphony orchestra. Over the course of a week, young people have the unforgettable experience of meeting peers and role models, learning, making music, creating together and preparing for the grand finale: a performance on the big stage of Ljubljana's Križanke in the company of world-class, internationally renowned soloists.

Instruments of this year's orchestra:
violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, piccolo, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion, timpani, harp, piano.

How does the programme work?
6 hours a day, 3 hours in the morning (10am to 1pm) and 3 hours in the afternoon (4pm to 7pm), with social and musical activities in the evenings.
The first three days are devoted to breakout sessions in the mornings and creative workshops in the afternoons.
The following days are devoted to activities in preparation for the zaključni koncert, ki bo zadnji dan kampa, 25. avgusta ob 20:30 v Križankah v okviru 73. Ljubljana Festivala.
